The greatest challenge in this project was to clearly establish a user journey that lead them into sales pages, which are the online stores. However, there are two online stores, and depending where the user lives, they had to chose correctly. To complicate the navigation there are two separate logins for the VIP rewards program dependent upon the user's preferred store. The online store and rewards program are managed by two separate platforms and had to be properly integrated so user never left the website. The result is site that guides user choices distinctly with a simplified user-navigation process, and delivers the right messages that reflects the client's brand.
