Based on research and the client's business model we advised her in the areas of brand creation, theme and message delivery. We focused on the key services that mattered the most, helped determined the target audience, researched the top messages for this industry vertical, and designed a site that spoke to the users. As a result, the design was based on improving the client's revenue through proper accounting, the ease and simplicity of dealing with a boutique firm, and branding the client personally as competent accountant and bookkeeper. We included professional headshots and testimonials to promote the client's warmth and approachability.
